The PERFECT IO3 White Paper is published and available for download.
It deals with the third Intellectual Output (IO3) of the project. The aim of this part of the project was to setup a survey to identify the purchasing skills leading to success. The analyses in the paper base on the answers of about 600 PSM practitioners.
