In 2016, the Project PERFECT already mapped the PSM ‘landscape’: the learning objectives of PSM at universities (of applied sciences), scientific PSM skills literature and PSM requirements in European online job advertisements. To ensure that current and future needs of the industry are met, interviews were conducted with PSM professionals in selected companies in order to identify skills and competences for successful, effective and efficient Purchasing & Supply Management.
The European PSM Skills & Education Survey builds further on that and asks a broad audience about the importance of tasks, education, skills, focus and success factors in PSM.
Your participation as a professional is needed
This project needs input from PSM professionals from all over Europe: operative, direct and indirect buyers, tactical and strategic buyers, purchasing engineers, innovation buyers, CPO’s, contract managers.
